16" Steelie Wheel - PREORDER
Custom 16” steelie wheel with a 5x5.5 bolt pattern. Made to look like a factory 15”, and comes in bare steel. Sold individually.
COMPATIBILITY:
16 x 7: 1966-75 drum brake knuckles (drum brakes or aftermarket disc, note it is end user’s responsibility to confirm their aftermarket discs are compatible with a 16” wheel)
16 x 6: 1976-77 factory disc knuckles (knuckle/tie rod configuration not compatible with 7” hoop)
TIRE SIZE: if you have UNCUT rear quarters a 32” or under tire size is strongly recommended, otherwise your tires will hit your quarters when the suspension travels. If you have CUT rear quarters a tire above 32” is acceptable.
NOTE: The hoop and center cores are used and sourced separately. There is currently no manufacturer that makes either brand new consistently. We select only the best cores and also clean/repair during the welding process. There may be small imperfections given they are manufactured from NOS cores.
LEAD TIME: Call to inquire about stock. Typically lead time is 8-12 weeks, these wheels are made to order and manufactured in large batches, so lead time can vary depending on where you land in the queue.
