Current Positions Available


Shop Apprentice.

Entry level position for candidates that are serious in pursuing a career in high-end automotive restoration and customization/fabrication. Responsibilities include assistance with all needs throughout the shop including but not limited to: basic restoration and assembly of components, daily cleaning/organization, errands, inventory management, shop supplies replenishment, client project parts cabinet prep, basic project management and assisting assembly technicians as-needed. A good attitude is more important than a thorough skillset.  The goal for a shop apprentice is to be promoted to Junior Assembly Technician or Junior Project Manager.

Junior Assembly Technician.

Ability to autonomously complete assembly of secondary components and take direction from senior technicians quickly. Will go through basic project management training to assist with parts preparation for final assembly and to become intimately familiarized with the Bronco platform. Training for larger subassemblies (axles, brakes, steering etc.) will be provided.

Intermediate Assembly Technician.

All aspects of a junior assembly technician plus: autonomous management of subassemblies such as axles, brakes, suspension and steering components. Ability to lead secondary tasks and smaller jobs to completion and direct shop apprentice as-needed.

Advanced Assembly Technician.

All aspects of an intermediate assembly technician plus: 5+ years experience with vintage cars even if from personal projects, must be able to autonomously lead large jobs to completion with the support of a team/service writer, and be an organic problem solver. Background in fabrication, welding, diagnostics and/or electrical preferred but not required.

Project Manager.

Work directly with senior management to prepare parts cabinets and components for vehicle final assembly, as well as manage parts orders to keep logistics on track. Inventory management and general operational/administrative responsibilities, as well as shop management of supplies and tool maintenance. High attention to detail and organization required, background in automotive a bonus but not mandatory. 

Wild Card.

We always want to hear from specialized, talented people and if you don’t fit into one of our formal positions but still think you have something special to offer, please reach out anyway as we can create hybrid roles for unconventional candidates. Do you have experience in aerospace, finish carpentry, or another craft-based discipline? Whether a jack of all trades or highly specialized, we want to hear from you even if you don’t fit perfectly any of the positions above.

 
  • At Agaso Outdoor we primarily work on early Ford Broncos 1966-1977, but also take on a variety of custom projects including vintage EV conversions. We are constantly developing new custom products for our ever-expanding line of parts and gear. If of interest there are also product design projects, prototyping and admin/operations opportunities. We will support the right person in their desired schedule, pay, interests and benefits. Our focus is on the highest quality craftsmanship and parts possible.
